How do I place an order?

We endeavor to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. If you require your items urgently and require the order to be met sooner, please contact us via email. We can make arrangements for your order to get to you sooner.

Returns & Refunds
Go Calibration are here to ensure that you're happy with your purchases, and we back that up with our return and refund policies. If you're not pleased with your purchase from Go Calibration, just contact us within 14 calendar days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as pain-free as possible.
For Go Calibration to accept your return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as it were sold, unopened and unused. Please contact us for your returns and refunds requirements, although, we are sure it won't get to this point.
Once we package the product it is then shipped via Australia Post.
It usually takes around 2 - 7 days for delivery depending on your location.

Where are we located?
We are based in Liverpool NSW & Campbelltown NSW.
We are a majority on-site service company that covers NSW, if you wish to send your equipment / instruments to us for calibration / repair please conatct us and we will provide an address.
Can I send my instrument in for calibration / repair?
Yes, please conatct us and we will provide an address to ship the equipment / instrument to.
Do we provide a calibration report?
Yes, all instruments calibrated / tested are issued a report.
Can we work weekends & after hours?
Yes. If you require work to be undertaken outside of our normal working hours, please conatct us to make arrangements. Please note that this may be charged at a higher rate than normal.
