Where are we located?
Go Calibration has facilities, based in Liverpool & Campbelltown NSW.
We are predominantly a mobile on-site calibration service that covers the Greater Sydney Region and metro city areas across NSW. If you wish to send your equipment/instruments to us for calibration or repair please get in touch with us and we will provide the best facility address for the technical requirements of your equipment.
Can I send my instrument in for calibration or repair?
Yes, please conatct us and we will provide the most suitable address for the diagnostics, repair and calibration needs of your equipment
Do we provide a calibration report?
Yes, all instruments calibrated / tested are issued a report which will be sent via email as well as a hard copy with the return of your calibrated / repaired equipment.
Do we work on weekends & after hours?
Yes. If you require work to be undertaken outside of our normal working hours, on in the case of an emergency, please conatct us to make arrangements. Please note that weekend and out of hours servies may be charged a higher rate than normal hours. Get in touch with us to find out more.
How do I place an order?
To shop our store visit the online menu on the top right page corner,
- choose the required product,
- select any additional options required,
- then head over to your cart, choose your payment options, and follow the prompts to checkout.
If you are still unsure or need help with selecting the right product, don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone for assistance. We're here to help.
We endeavor to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. If you require your items urgently and require the order to be met sooner, please contact us via email. We can make arrangements for your order to get to you sooner.
Deliveries Update - COVID-19
Please note that you may experience a delay in receiving your order from Australia Post due to major COVID-19 disruptions.
Normal Delivery Times
Once we package the product it is then shipped via Australia Post.
It usually takes around 2 - 7 days for delivery depending on your location.

Sydney NSW - 2-3 Business days
Canberra ACT - 2-3 Business days
Melbourne VIC - 3-4 Business days
Brisbane QLD - 3-5 Business days
Adelaide SA - 3-5 Business days
Perth WA - 4-6 Business days
Hobart TAS - 4-6 Business days
Darwin NT - 4-6 Business days
Rural or Regional areas 3-7 Business days (Generally about 2-3 days extra from the main city location)

Refunds & Returns
Go Calibration is here to ensure that you're happy with your purchases, and we back that up with our return and refund policies.
If you're not happy with your purchase from Go Calibration, please contact us within 14 calendar days and we will give you a refund or replacement, hassle-free.
In order to accept your return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as it was sold, unopened and unused. Please contact us for your returns and refunds requirements or if your item is damaged/broken. Our team is happy to help resolve any issues immediately.
